  • Worship Council

    Pupils in Years 4, 5 and 6, are elected by the pupils in their class to become members of the Worship Council. They play a vital role in the development of worship within our school.

    Their responsibilities include:

    • Leading worship half termly;
    • Meeting regularly to discuss worship and how it can be even better;
    • Helping to choose worship songs;
    • Promoting the school values to all.

    Presentations from worship led by the Worship Council are below:

    HAJJ ASSEMBLY

    For their last presentation the year, the Worship Council, which includes children from Years 4, 5 and 6, planned and delivered an assembly on the Muslim pilgrimage of Hajj. The audience, which included many parents, were treated to a detailed and informative explanation of this special journey undertaken by Muslims as part of the 5 Pillars of Islam. Well done to the Worship Council for representing our school so well throughout the year.
