Year 3 have had a lot of fun making their own Stone Age shelters out of clay. We have made a range of Palaeolithic, Mesolithic, and Neolithic settlements to consolidate our knowledge of Stone Age homes. We know that people in the Palaeolithic and Mesolithic era were nomadic, so we build caves and teepees. On the other hand, Neolithic people started to make their own homes out of whattle and daub! 🏡
