This week, Year 3 have started a new topic in Science: Rocks! We looked at igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rock and investigated how they differ from each other. Some are smooth, while others are rough; some have crystals inside and others are chalky. We then worked together to classify and group these rocks into a Venn diagram using different adjectives. It was interesting to see all the different rocks around us!
