The children took part in the Stepping Out programme to learn about road safety and how to stay safe when out in the community. They took part in an assessment to demonstrate the new skills they have gained, such as understanding how to cross the road safely, being aware of traffic, and following safety rules. The assessment showed that the children are growing in confidence and are able to apply their road safety knowledge in practical situation
